Techniques and Treatment Modalities That I Utilize in My Integrative Therapy Practice
Throughout the course of therapy, I draw from a broad range of both evidence-based and holistic integrative approaches to meet the needs and goals of each individual, couple, or group. Rooted in deep attunement and relational safety, my work is grounded in both lived experience and professional training.
At its core, my therapeutic style is trauma-informed, body-based, soul-centered, and holistically integrative—honoring the emotional, cognitive, physical, relational, sexual, and spiritual dimensions of healing. While these modalities provide structure and support, the true agent of change is the client’s willingness and capacity to engage in the process, both in and out of session.
SOMATIC TRAUMA HEALING & INTEGRATION
As the foundational lens for all my work, somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to healing trauma and restoring nervous system regulation. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, Polyvagal Theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology, I help clients reconnect with the innate intelligence of their bodies. Together we track the physiological imprints of trauma—such as freeze, fawn, collapse, hyperarousal, or shutdown—and create space for the body to metabolize and release what has been held. With safety, pacing, and attunement, we support the re-emergence of the body’s natural rhythm, resilience, and capacity to feel.
SOMATIC TOUCH & BODYWORK
As a licensed massage therapist with additional training in craniosacral therapy and somatic trauma resolution, and with licensure as a massage therapist, I offer somatic touch as a complementary therapy when clinically appropriate (during in-person intensives only). This work helps regulate the nervous system, support developmental repair, and release pain or holding patterns connected to unresolved trauma. Somatic touch is always consensual, trauma-informed, and approached with therapeutic integrity.
RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
For women in intimate relationships, I offer direct, compassionate communication, emotional honesty, and the creation of secure, functioning dynamics. This work incorporates neuroscience, attachment theory, somatic awareness, and relational repair. I also work with couples (on a limited case-by-case basis) through challenges with communication, intimacy, trust, sexual connection, and life transitions.
INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS) / PARTS WORK
Many clients come to therapy feeling fragmented, reactive, or at war with themselves. In Parts Work, we explore these inner conflicts through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), identifying protector parts, wounded parts, and accessing the Self—our core source of wisdom and healing. This modality is especially powerful when integrated with somatic work and trauma resolution, helping clients build internal cohesion and self-leadership.
KETAMINE-ASSISTED THERAPY & PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION
I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through Journey Clinical and FLUENCE, with advanced knowledge in trauma, non-ordinary states, and transpersonal psychology. Ketamine therapy can be a profound adjunct for clients navigating treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, burnout, or chronic trauma. I also support clients in preparing for or integrating experiences with other psychedelic medicines. While Ketamine is currently legal for therapeutic use, other substances like MDMA and psilocybin are still pending FDA approval. All medicine work is approached with care, consent, preparation, pre-journey preparation, and post-journey integration.
HYPNOTHERAPY (CLINICAL & SPIRITUAL)
Hypnotherapy allows access to the subconscious layers of experience where core beliefs, traumas, and patterns live. As a certified advanced clinical and spiritual hypnotherapist, I use trance states to support healing at a deep level — helping clients reclaim confidence, shift limiting patterns, and connect with inner guidance. Hypnotherapy can be a stand-alone modality or integrated with other therapeutic tools. Research shows hypnotherapy has a 93% success rate after six sessions, making it a powerful catalyst for change.
ADVANCED SEXUAL TRAUMA HEALING & PLEASURE EMBODIMENT
Drawing on the latest research on authentic consent, somatic trauma healing and integration, and trauma-informed pleasure, I support individuals and couples to reconnect with their bodies as safe, sovereign, and sacred. This work includes cultivating capacity for pleasure, working through blocks to intimacy, and re-patterning internalized shame. Clients often report a renewed relationship to sensuality, self-worth, boundaries, and sexual expression as part of their therapeutic journey.
SEX, PLEASURE & EMBODIMENT THERAPY
I hold advanced training in somatic sex therapy, embodiment practices, and sexual trauma resolution. I support individuals and couples in reclaiming their relationship to desire, boundaries, sensuality, and sexual self-expression. Informed by sexology, somatic psychology, and spiritual perspectives, I work with clients navigating desire discrepancies, pelvic pain, religious sexual trauma, sex work, kink, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. All expressions of sexual and relational experience are welcome and held with reverence and non-judgment.
ENERGY MEDICINE & INTEGRATIVE SOUL WORK
With advanced training in subtle energy systems, spiritual psychology, and intuitive development, I also work on the energetic level when appropriate. Whether processing a spiritual awakening, navigating a dark night of the soul, or intuitive development, I offer an approach that honors the soul’s unfolding. Through deep listening, laser-honed intuitive attunement, and energetic resonance, I help clients realign with their purpose, path, and personal power.
AROMA POINT THERAPY™
As a practitioner of Aroma Point Therapy™ (APT), developed by Tiffany Carole, I work with the energetic and physiological effects of essential oils placed on specific acupuncture points. This gentle yet powerful modality supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and somatic release. Clients often experience deep calm, clarity, and spiritual connection. APT is used as an optional adjunct to psychotherapy and is especially helpful for highly sensitive clients.
INTEGRATIVE THERAPY APPROACH
In every session, I draw from an extensive and evolving toolkit, which includes:
Somatic Trauma Healing
Attachment Repair
Shadow Work & Imaginal Psychology
Integral & Archetypal Frameworks
Energy Psychology

Interpersonal Neurobiology
Existential, Relational, and Feminist Perspectives
Sexuality & Embodiment Therapies

This integrative, holistic (whole-making) approach allows me to meet each client where they are, while crafting a treatment process that honors the complexity of human experience and the sacredness of each individual’s path.

Investment
Investing in therapy for yourself is a radical act of devotion to your inner world.
When you choose this work, you’re choosing to create a life that is no longer shaped by old patterns, inherited conditioning, internalized shame, or old nervous system survival strategies. You’re choosing to cultivate clarity, presence, embodiment, and emotional freedom. You’re choosing to build a deeper, more empowered relationship with yourself—one that ripples into every corner of your life.
The investment you make in this process reflects the depth, training, and level of attuned, experiential work we do together.
I do not offer surface-level therapy. My work is spacious, somatic, embodied, relational, trauma-attuned, intuitive, and consciously crafted to support a profound personal (soul) evolution.
When you invest in this work, you’re investing in:
• A therapeutic relationship that honors your whole self—not just your symptoms
• A space where your nervous system can soften, reorganize, and expand
• An approach that supports long-term integration rather than quick fixes
• Aligned, liberated care unbound by insurance limitations or systemic constraints
• A path toward inner sovereignty, emotional resilience, and embodied empowerment
This work is not transactional. It’s a sacred commitment to your inner life.
When you choose to work with me, you are choosing a space where your nervous system can soften, your truth can surface, and the deeper currents of your life can finally be witnessed.
This work asks for your presence, your courage, and your willingness to grow in ways that extend far beyond symptom relief.
It asks you to invest in the version of yourself you’re becoming — the one who is clearer, steadier, more grounded, and more connected to your own inner wisdom.
The financial investment reflects the level of attunement, training, depth-work, and embodied care I bring to every session.
But more importantly, it reflects the value of choosing a path that honors your wholeness rather than your diagnosis, your liberation rather than your limitations, and your long-term flourishing over short-term fixes.
Reflection to Consider
Take a quiet breath and ask yourself:
What am I truly investing in when I commit to this process?
Is it relief?
Clarity?
Peace?
A new way of inhabiting my body and my relationships?
The joy of no longer carrying what I’ve carried for so long?
The freedom of becoming who I know myself to be?
Let the deeper truth answer—not the part of you conditioned to minimize your needs or justify your desires, but the part that longs to grow, expand, and remember itself.

Why I Do This Work
I grew up surrounded by Vietnam War veteran PTSD, drug and alcohol addiction, domestic violence, verbal and psychological abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, abandonment, and food and resource scarcity.
Instability, inconsistency, and chaos surrounded me. As a highly sensitive, intuitive, empathic (and neurodivergent) child, I felt everything intensely. I developed heightened awareness to keep myself safe from the constant feelings of walking on eggshells and terror in my body. Over time, to keep myself safe, I dissociated from my body and emotions, becoming numb with armoring.
Disconnected from my authentic needs for safety, love, belonging, and connection, I lost my connection to myself, my authentic wants, needs, and desires, and to my body and emotions. I felt aimless and directionless. In adulthood, I entered into relationships, jobs, and friendships that mirrored the unhealed trauma of my childhood.
I attempted talk therapy numerous times with minimal success because I had developed so much armoring that I was unable to access my authentic feelings. I felt like I was skating on the surface of impenetrable ice. What lurked below seemed out of reach. It wasn’t until a series of car accidents, a Traumatic Brain Injury, and numerous Near Death Experiences (NDE’s), and subsequently receiving allopathic care for close to 2 years that I began seeking out support in the form of craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, somatic trauma resolution, energy medicine and other holistic modalities that supported the healing and integration of mind-body-soul.
This was the beginning of a long journey toward healing. With the support of many different professionals, I gradually released the armoring, learned how to feel - and more importantly - BE in and with my body, emotions, and intuition again, and was able to process and heal all of the unresolved experiences of my past.
I learned to calm and regulate my nervous system, reconnecting with myself in a whole, healed, and integrated way.
Now, I do this work because I hear women’s stories - of going to practitioners and being discounted, gaslit, told there is “nothing wrong,” that it’s “normal for your age,” or to take an antidepressant. There is a deeper story taking place that goes far beyond symptom management.
This work supports women to traverse the gap in care - beyond treating symptoms, to identifying and healing the root cause of the issues contributing to your distress at the level of the nervous system and tissues, the consciousness of the body, and the soul - through a whole-making, whole person approach that heals and integrates all levels - body, mind, heart, soul and spirit.
I look forward to supporting your unique healing, transformation, and embodiment journey.
With love,
Grace
