Insurance - I am an Out-of-Network provider, which means I will provide you with a detailed Superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement (if you have Out of Network mental health benefits). You are responsible for managing claims and contact with your insurance provider if you choose to use your benefits. Please contact your insurer to learn about Out-of-Network benefits and coverage. Sliding Scale Availability

I offer a limited number of sliding scale openings in my practice as a way to support access to care while maintaining the sustainability and integrity of my work.

Sliding scale rates are reserved for individuals experiencing genuine financial need—such as single parents, full-time students, or those without the resources to consistently pay my full private-pay fee. These openings are intentionally limited and offered on a short-term basis of up to three months at a time, after which we reassess together.

Sliding scale arrangements are not guaranteed and depend on current availability. When offered, they are entered into with mutual transparency, respect, and the shared understanding that the goal is to support care while honoring both of our capacities.
