Individual Coaching for Threshold Moments
There are times in life when something begins to shift — quietly at first.
What once felt certain no longer fits in the same way.
What once held you begins to feel incomplete or outgrown.
You may not have language for it yet.
But you can feel it.
A threshold is not always dramatic.
Often, it is subtle, internal, and deeply personal.
And it asks for your attention.
What a Threshold Moment Can Feel Like
A threshold may appear as:
A relationship evolving or coming to completion
A shift in identity, purpose, or direction
A growing sense of misalignment in work or life
A desire for deeper embodiment, truth, or expression
A quiet but persistent knowing that something is ready to change
You may be functioning well in your life.
And still — something within you is asking (often urgently) to be met differently.
Who This Is For
This work tends to resonate with women who:
Are reflective, self-aware, and internally attuned
Are navigating a meaningful life transition
Sense that something is shifting, even if it isn’t fully clear yet
Want grounded, present support without dependency
Value depth, discernment, and personal responsibility
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
But you do need a willingness to be honest with yourself.
Many women who are drawn to this work are high-functioning on the outside and quietly longing for a more embodied, truthful way of being on the inside.
The Nature of This Work
This is private, one-on-one high-touch coaching designed to support you through periods of transition, integration, and reorientation.
It is a space for:
clarity
embodied awareness
honest reflection
grounded forward movement
We work at the level of both insight and lived experience, allowing what is shifting internally to begin taking form externally.
There is no pressure to rush clarity.
But there is a clear orientation toward alignment, truth, and movement over time.
How We Work Together
Sessions are spacious, focused, and responsive to what is emerging.
Our work may include:
Listening closely to what is unfolding beneath the surface
Clarifying what is complete and what is still forming
Exploring patterns, dynamics, and internal responses
Supporting embodied awareness and regulation
Creating space for aligned decision-making
Allowing new directions to take shape without forcing outcomes
This is not about fixing.
It is about learning to meet yourself with greater honesty, presence, and trust.
Who This Is Not For
This space may not be the right fit if you are:
Looking for someone to direct your decisions for you
Wanting ongoing support without a sense of movement or direction
Not currently resourced for self-reflection and personal responsibility
This work asks for your participation.
I work with a handful of women privately each year so that this container remains clean, intentional, and potent.
The Coaching Container
Individual sessions over 4 or 7 months
Offered virtually, with the option to add a private in-person threshold retreat
Flexible bi-weekly pacing
Designed for transitional support
This is a container to support you through a season, not indefinitely.
Relationship to Private Threshold Immersions
For some women, individual coaching is a complete container in itself.
For others, it becomes:
a place to prepare for a private in-person immersion
or a space to integrate after one
There is no required pathway — only what feels aligned.
Investment
Details and availability are shared upon inquiry.
A Closing Note
Threshold moments rarely arrive with clarity.
They ask for presence.
They ask for honesty.
They ask for a willingness to listen before everything makes sense.
You don’t need to rush the process.
But you don’t have to navigate it alone.
