Who Is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy For?
KAP may be an appropriate option if you are experiencing:
Depression that hasn't fully responded to traditional therapy or medication
Anxiety that keeps you living in survival mode
Unresolved trauma, PTSD, or c-PTSD
Complex trauma, neglect, abuse
Grief and significant life transitions
Persistent self-criticism or shame
Burnout and emotional exhaustion
Feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, or your sense of purpose
Spiritual or existential distress
A deep inner knowing that there is more freedom available than you've been able to access through talk therapy alone
Many of my clients have already done years of personal growth and healing work.
They aren't looking for a quick fix. They're ready for deeper integration.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
Healing that reaches beyond insight and into your nervous system.
Sometimes you've done all the right things.
You've been in therapy. Learned the tools. Practiced being in your body. Perhaps even built a successful life.
And yet... part of you still feels stuck.
The same patterns continue to play out in your relationships.
Anxiety remains just beneath the surface.
Depression feels heavy.
Trauma still lives in your body, even when you don’t remember specific traumas or when you understand what happened and think you’ve moved past it.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers another doorway.
Not because you're broken, but because your nervous system may be ready for a different way of healing.
Ketamine can temporarily soften the protective patterns that have kept you safe for years, creating space for new perspectives, emotional flexibility, self-compassion, and deep embodied healing. Combined with psychotherapy, careful preparation, and thoughtful integration, these experiences often become catalysts for meaningful and lasting change.
This isn't about escaping yourself.
It's about coming home to yourself.

What Healing Can Feel Like
Every person's journey is unique, but many clients report experiencing:
Greater emotional resilience
Reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety
Increased nervous system regulation
More compassion toward themselves
A renewed sense of possibility and hope
Greater connection with their body and intuition
Healing from old trauma patterns
Expanded creativity and clarity
More authentic relationships
A deeper experience of peace, presence, and aliveness
The medicine does not heal you. Your innate capacity to heal does.
Ketamine simply creates conditions that allow your mind, body, and nervous system to access healing in ways that may not have previously felt available.
My Approach
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy with me is never just about the medicine.
Healing and transformation happen through the relationship between preparation, the medicine experience itself, and the integration that follows.
Our work together is deeply relational, trauma-attuned, and rooted in the wisdom of your body.
I integrate somatic psychotherapy, attachment repair, parts work, clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and transpersonal approaches to help you make meaning of your experience - and embody lasting change.
Rather than trying to force healing, we create the conditions where your system naturally begins to reorganize.
I trust that your psyche knows what it is ready to reveal.
We move at the pace of your nervous system.
The Process
1. Discovery Call
We begin with a complimentary Discovery Call to explore your goals, answer your questions, and determine whether Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy feels like the right fit.
2. Preparation Sessions
Preparation is one of the most important parts of this work.
Together we'll clarify your intentions, build internal resources, establish safety, and prepare both your nervous system and your mind for the experience ahead.
3. Medicine Sessions
Medicine sessions are offered in collaboration with the prescribers I work with, where a licensed medical provider evaluates you for eligibility and prescribes ketamine if appropriate.
During your therapy sessions, I remain present with you throughout the experience, offering a grounded, compassionate space for whatever unfolds.
Nothing is forced. Nothing needs to happen. We simply listen and allow your body’s inner healing intelligence to guide the way.
4. Integration
This is where transformation becomes embodied.
Together, we gently weave the insights, emotions, sensations, and experiences from your medicine sessions into your everyday life.
Integration helps new neural pathways become lived experience — not simply beautiful memories.
An Invitation
Ketamine is not a miracle cure. Nor is it a passive experience.
It is an invitation.
An invitation to soften old defenses, reconnect with your innate wisdom, and remember the wholeness that has always existed beneath the layers of survival.
When held with intention, skilled therapeutic support, and deep integration, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy can become one of the most meaningful healing experiences of a lifetime.
Begin Your Journey
Healing doesn't happen by forcing. It happens when your nervous system finally feels safe enough. If you're feeling called toward this work, I'd be honored to meet you.

Investment
Investing in this level of therapy for yourself is a radical act of devotion to your inner world.
When you choose this work, you’re choosing to create a life that is no longer shaped by old patterns, inherited conditioning, internalized shame, or old nervous system survival strategies. You’re choosing to cultivate clarity, presence, embodiment, and emotional freedom. You’re choosing to build a deeper, more empowered relationship with yourself—one that ripples into every corner of your life.
The investment you make in this process reflects the depth, training, and level of attuned, experiential work we do together.
I do not offer surface-level therapy. My work is spacious, somatic, embodied, relational, trauma-attuned, intuitive, and consciously crafted to support a profound personal (soul) evolution.
When you invest in this work, you’re investing in:
• A therapeutic relationship that honors your whole self—not just your symptoms
• A space where your nervous system can soften, reorganize, and expand
• An approach that supports long-term integration rather than quick fixes
• Aligned, liberated care unbound by insurance limitations or systemic constraints
• A path toward inner sovereignty, emotional resilience, and embodied empowerment
This work is not transactional. It’s a sacred commitment to your inner life.
When you choose to work with me, you are choosing a space where your nervous system can soften, your truth can surface, and the deeper currents of your life can finally be witnessed.
This work asks for your presence, your courage, and your willingness to grow in ways that extend far beyond symptom relief.
It asks you to invest in the version of yourself you’re becoming — the one who is clearer, steadier, more grounded, and more connected to your own inner wisdom.
The financial investment reflects the level of attunement, training, depth-work, and embodied care I bring to every session.
But more importantly, it reflects the value of choosing a path that honors your wholeness rather than your diagnosis, your liberation rather than your limitations, and your long-term flourishing over short-term fixes.
Reflection to Consider
Take a quiet breath and ask yourself:
What am I truly investing in when I commit to this process?
Is it relief?
Clarity?
Peace?
A new way of inhabiting my body and my relationships?
The joy of no longer carrying what I’ve carried for so long?
The freedom of becoming who I know myself to be?
Let the deeper truth answer—not the part of you conditioned to minimize your needs or justify your desires, but the part that longs to grow, expand, and remember itself.

Sliding Scale Availability
I offer a limited number of sliding scale openings in my practice as a way to support access to care while maintaining the sustainability and integrity of my work.
Sliding scale rates are reserved for individuals experiencing genuine financial need—such as single parents, full-time students, or those without the resources to consistently pay my full private-pay fee. These openings are intentionally limited and offered on a short-term basis of up to three months at a time, after which we reassess together.
Sliding scale arrangements are not guaranteed and depend on current availability. When offered, they are entered into with mutual transparency, respect, and the shared understanding that the goal is to support care while honoring both of our capacities.
If you are seeking a sliding scale option, please review the questions below.
What is motivating you to seek therapy at this time, and what kind of support are you hoping for?
Are you currently employed, a student, self-employed, or in another situation?
(You’re welcome to share only what feels relevant.)What is your approximate monthly income range, and do you have dependents who rely on you financially?
Are there current financial circumstances impacting your ability to pay my standard private-pay rate?
(For example: caregiving responsibilities, medical expenses, student status, recent life transitions.)What rate within my sliding scale range would feel genuinely supportive and sustainable for you for the next three months?
Are you open to revisiting your rate after three months and adjusting as circumstances or availability change?
How did you hear about my work? If referred by a current or former client, you may share their name if you wish.
