Hello and an Update from Sardinia, Italy

Hello Beautiful Soul,

I’m writing to you from Alghero, Sardinia, Italy. The photo above shows the city of Alghero in the background of my private terrace overlooking the sea, and the pure delight on my face as I fully soak up the sounds, the scents, and the incredible beauty of Italy!

I can’t believe my last newsletter was June 18th of last year. At that time, I shared an embodiment practice to support healing the wounds that contribute to the experience of unworthiness. I had plans to write more about healing the wounds of unworthiness and restoring sovereignty, personal power, and reclaiming pleasure.

But last July, my father passed away and writing was on hold as I tended to my own healing journey, and alongside that, navigating the significant internal and external changes that have transpired in my personal and professional life, including an unexpected move back to my home state of Colorado in January.

The theme of worthiness is still alive and present in my life and in my work - in fact, it’s a passion project of mine. I absolutely love supporting people to heal from the wounds of unworthiness so they are free to fully embody their own majesty, experience unapologetic self-love, radiant aliveness, empowered embodiment, delight, beauty, wonder, joy, abundance, reconnect to passion and purpose, and the beautiful unfurling and blossoming of their unique life purpose.  

I just wanted to send a short note to let you know what I’ve been up to since last June. I’ll be writing more frequently in the weeks to come. Stay tuned…
