Women’s Healing Arts Therapist
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, Spiritual Counselor, Energy Therapist, Holistic Pelvic Care™ therapist, and Integrative Somatic Bodywork Therapist.
As a practitioner of integrative healing arts, I believe that dis-ease is the body’s way of speaking to what is out of alignment, which stems from emotional and spiritual/energetic imbalances, epigenetic (ancestral) influences, and lifestyle stressors. I facilitate greater health and well-being by viewing your life through the lens of your soul’s development and addressing emotional and energetic imbalances. I draw upon a combination of healing modalities, including energy healing, guided imagery, breathwork, spiritual life coaching, spiritual counseling, resilience and imaginal psychology, neuroscience / neuroplasticity, intuitively guided somatic bodywork, and Holistic Pelvic Care™.
My biggest passion is working with women who have experienced trauma which bookmarks their life with a “before” and “after.” The trauma becomes both their story and identity, keeping them feeling stuck and unable to move forward. Women often learn early in life to focus their time, energy and resources on the well-being and comfort of others. As a result, they minimize or altogether ignore their own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs and desires. Using a variety of therapeutic modalities, I assist women to prioritize their own well-being and stop letting past experiences dictate their current and future success.
In our work together, you are given the opportunity to use the adverse experiences and traumatic event(s) as powerful catalysts for personal transformation, growth, and healing. This will allow you to recognize the inherent strengths and gifts cultivated from your experience(s), reclaim your power, use your strengths and gifts as a means toward living a more fulfilling life, and steer your life in the direction of fulfillment and success.
Other areas of focus include acute and complex cumulative trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, chronic and acute pain, as well as pelvic congestion, abdominal / pelvic adhesions, retroverted uterus, vaginismus, pain with sex (dyspareunia), birth trauma, pre-birth preparation and post-partum pelvic care. I also enjoy working with people during life transitions (big or small) and spiritual crisis / spiritual awakening.

I am blessed to work with creative, spiritual women, helping them heal from trauma, reclaim and live from their sacred creative center, and come into greater alignment with their beautiful unique soul expression. I’m often asked how I found myself doing this work, living this life. How do you say, “This is who I am and how I got to this place in my life” in a one-page bio?
We’re each unique beings, with stories to tell of our pasts and our futures, our hopes and our dreams. My own life journey has been influenced by past traumas, including numerous injuries and accidents, divorce, death of my mother, breast implant illness, numerous head injuries, and several near-death experiences (yes, more than one!). I feel like a cat with 9 lives!
In 1999, I was broadsided at 60+ mph in a car accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury with numerous concomitant diagnoses, including cognitive and speech dysfunction, midline brain shift, chronic pain, TM syndrome, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, severe mood swings, and debilitating insomnia. My life literally fell apart overnight.
Despite this seeming like a tragedy, it ultimately served as the turning point which literally altered the trajectory of my life. It was definitely one of those ‘this is who I used to be, and this is who I now am’ experiences. It empowered me to stop living my life on auto-pilot and begin looking in the direction of my own inner knowing.
Desperate to heal, I began seeking holistic healing practitioners; in 2001, I experienced a ‘miraculous healing’ after receiving two energy healing sessions, which helped me reconnect to long-dormant parts of myself that had been buried since childhood. After having such an amazing experience, I knew I needed to learn the techniques that had “healed” me so that I could help others.
I spent the next 15 years taking classes in clairvoyance, energy healing, spiritual communication, mediumship and channeling. At the time, I was a medically based neuromuscular massage therapist, and began also training in subtle bodywork modalities, including craniosacral therapy, raindrop therapy, BodyTalk, Zero Balancing, myofascial release and somatic bodywork.
Ironically, with each class I took, rather than learning anything new, I felt as though I was remembering and awakening knowledge, abilities, capacities and wisdom that had lain dormant within me for a very long time.
My healing journey brought into perspective that the traumatic experiences I had gone through in utero, infancy, childhood, teenage years, and young adulthood had all served a much greater purpose – that of being the curriculum for my soul to learn, grow, evolve, and eventually embody my purpose.
You see, it’s one thing for a therapist or healer to learn a modality to help facilitate a movement toward healing without having direct first-hand experience of what the dis-ease entails. In this case, it just becomes a tool without deep embodied wisdom. I have personally experienced childhood neglect & trauma, a childhood vaccine-induced illness with long-term neurophysiological impairment, trauma-related PTSD, divorce, full-time single-parenthood for nearly 18 years, myriad severe accidents and injuries, breast-implant illness and several (yes, more than one!) near-death experiences.
During my own process of deeply healing old traumas, releasing subconscious and conscious limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors, integrating healthy & supportive beliefs and behaviors, and learning numerous tools, therapies and modalities I have cultivated, mastered and deeply embodied highly specialized skills and expertise in the field of human potential and transformation.
And I am profoundly honored to share what I have learned with you.
With deep love & gratitude,
